only the first attribute term gets imported

    i have already contected the support, but i am still waiting for a reply. maybe someone else could help.
    i am importing shoes with the following variations:
    size: eg 30, 31, 32, 33….
    only the size will be a variation.
    color
    Material
    Style
    each size also has its own stock level.
    each variation has the same product title, sku and ID. i have tried setting the unique identifier for the variations with all 3 options, but they don’t work.

    for some reason, it is only importing one size instead of all the sizes.
    when i manually edit the product, it is set to a simple product. when i change it to variable product, it only shows one of the sizes.

    please can you help me solve this issue asap?

    Hi @miriedel93

    Please try the following steps:

    • Delete all imported products: https://d.pr/i/jrmaXR
    • Change the SKU to something that’s unique per-record instead of the same for each product.
    • Check the “Unique Identifier” and make sure that you’re using import elements that contain unique data in every record, then re-run your import.

    If that doesn’t fix it, we’ll have to help out in the ticket you opened via our website since it will require running tests with your import and checking the data/settings.
