Only the Database backup works

  • The full back-up feature does not work. In reading one of the previous reviews, I removed the last “|” delimiter from the excluded directory, then tried to create a new back-up. The process runs, never stops and on occasion, I receive a timeout error (hosted on GoDaddy).

    The plugin leads to the conclusion its easy to use and does not require advanced technical knowledge. Looking at the web site for the project, https://www.wpseeds.com/wp-all-backup/, there is a statement advanced technical knowledge is required.

    I’d like to use this plugin, it seems well thought out, but if it doesn’t work, I can no use it.

    If the site is very large, it takes time to create the database backup. And if the server execution time is set to low value, you get go to blank page. There may be chance your server max execution time is 30 second. Please check debug log file. You will need to ask your hosting services to increase the execution time and the plugin will work fine for large data. You can also try to increase execution time. Please make below changes – Add below line

    php.ini

    max_execution_time = 180 ;
