Only the admin gets a notification

  • Unfortunately. It looks good but we cannot use it. Only the admin receives a notification. I cannot add the owner of the site. And she is more important. Result, search for another guestbook.

    After getting support the problem is solved. Thank you for your quick support.
    I use the Advanced Access Manager plugin.
    It is described that only three roles can moderate. But that I could not add them was due to the settings of another plugin.

    I don’t really follow. You should be able to subscribe users to notifications. Is the user not listed in the dropdown?

    This would have been better for a support question…

    I use the Advanced Access Manager plugin.
    Because various people will soon be editing the site and they may not all have the authority of the administrator.
    The owner had the role of Moderator. I have now been able to change this to Editor.
    This user now also appears.
    The settings in the Advanced Access Manager plugin have excluded the others. Now that I know this, I can continue to use Guestbook because it works perfectly.
