You have to check if wp_footer() is coded on your wp theme template. Because the script which enable the plugin is enqueued inside the wp_footer().

You have to edit your theme. wp_footer() should right before the </body> end tag.

You are probably not a developer? Aren’t you?

You should check on your template’s files if there is a file named footer.php
Inside that file you should find the </body> end tag. If there is no wp_footer() inside this file you have to write it right before the body end tag

There is <?php wp_footer(); ?> included… doesn’t work either..
