Only tab optimize seems to work

Optimize and Premium. The rest is blank.

If you have the “premium” version (and I can’t tell if you do) then for pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

No, I have not the premium version.
Of all the tabs only ‘optimize and premium’ work. This seems not okay.
