Only subscribers can buy in the store

I have a subscription system through Woocommerce Subscription and I would like to enable that only a subscriber can buy products from the store, but the subscription must be paid in “processing” in the status. It is then useless to enable for a user role because the person may be a subscriber but the payment is delayed.

Does anyone know where I should start? Any plugin, any way forward to make this possible?
