Only some people can not send form

  • On an intermittent basis some people sometimes say they can not send the form. Also a strange thing has happend now:

    There is one swedish version of the form and one english. This person tells us he can not send the swedish version, but the english version is no problem. We have ourselves sent both forms with absolutely no problem several times, and we have also received form submissions from other people.

    Does anyone have any idea how this can be?

    Which one is the theme?

    Sorry, the theme/builder is DIVI.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets, Flamingo, Wordfence Security, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I understand why I should do this. But, I will not be able to find out if it helps since this only happens very intermittent. And it′s of course not possible to deactivate plugins and change theme for a longer time, only as a debugging thing.

    Do you have another idea for me?
