Only single related post showing – and other oddities

  • Hmmm. Not sure about this plugin. Perhaps you can help me…

    e.g.
    1] I am expecting up to 3 related to post to show, but there is only a single box at the end of the post.

    2] Refreshing the page changes the single related post shown – I am expecting the same one for consistency.

    3] The “Interval between the boxes” looks interesting. However, reducing this to say 100 simply repeats the same single related post throughout the doc. I am expecting other related posts to show and no duplicates.

    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.

    1) Could you please send a screenshot with the current plugin settings?
    2) Unfortunately this feature is not still available on our plugin, the related posts changes each time, we are working to include this feature in a next plugin update
    3) Could you please restore this option and send us the link of the post where this issue appear?

    thanks for the informations provided.

    Maybe this issue is generated by a plugin like Advanced Ads or Ad Inserter

    Could you please send a screenshot with the list of all installed plugins?

    Could you also please edit the following file:

    /wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/includes/core.php

    and replace

    add_filter(‘the_content’, ‘irp_the_content’, 99999);

    with

    add_filter(‘the_content’, ‘irp_the_content’);

    Hi @omegadm,

    Our plugin use the same WordPress function of these plugins like Advanced Ads, Ad Injection or Ad Inserter to load the related posts inside the contents, but these plugins are not installed on your website.

    Could you please send us a backup of your posts going to Tools > Export > > Choose what to export > Posts

    Unfortunately we can’t reproduce your same issue on our local WordPress installation.
