Only sidebar specific URls should appear in next previous naviagation

i have created sidebar based on all post in category ms office, now i want to show the category-specific posts in next previous navigation buttons at the bottom of the single post. but its showing all the published posts in the next previous navigation at the bottom of single post. see the below link
