Only shows reusable blocks

Thanks for build this plugins, something I really needed.
I really wanted it to work for our site though.
After I active the plugin, the only thing changes is there is a menu called Reusable Blocks added to the side menubar. I didn’t see anything added to the setting menu as mentioned in the installation instructure “Use the Settings->Find My Blocks screen to locate all of your blocks”.
