Only shows posts on first page

    We’re quite happy with Ajax Search Lite, but it seems to prioritize blog posts above all else. We’ve enabled multiple custom post types (pages, products etc.) But they only show up on the second page, even though we’ve set ordering to relevance and the posts are usually not as relevant. Few people can be bothered to continue to the second page of search results, especially because it appears that there are no results other than blog posts. Is there any way we could give products more priority so that they appear on the first page if relevant?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately there is no prioritizing any post type before any other. The default order is by relevance, so it is very likely a coincidence only.

    I tried a few searches, but the order was sort-of mixed, giving both products and posts in mixed order.
