Can you paste your shortcode that you are using here.

I’m having the identical issue. The widget displays the correct number of sponsors, but the shortcode only displays one sponsor. I tried turning off all other plugins, same issue.

Here is the shortcode I’m using:

    [sponsor_level category=”all” orderby=”ASC” columns=”1″ image=”no” title=”yes” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=“9999”]

I will re-test everything but I may need further information from you both to review this issue further.

    ***EDIT****
I’m unable to re-create your issue. If you go to https://cr3ativ.ticksy.com and open a private ticket under General – I would need WP admin login details to see why my site is working but yours is not.

I have similar issues, shortcode always shows 9 images, whichever value I assign to show, or $show. I have the same version WordPress installation with same plugins on two places (different DB data). I’m not sure, if it is directly connected, but PHP 5.5 version shows correct amount of images, PHP 5.2 always shows 9.

Thank you akyusa01. I have submitted a support ticket.

After the latest update, I was also having the same issue when using the ‘show=”#####”‘ short code addition. When I replace ##### with ‘999’, only one of my sponsors showed up, but then I put in ‘999999’, per your updated “Other Notes” page, and now all my sponsors are visible.

    Hope that helps!

Appreciate your update BentleyvilleUSA – I wish it would have worked for me but it didn’t. I’ve tried 9, 99, 999 and now 9999, 99999 and 999999. Hope we can figure it out because this is the only plugin I’ve found that will do what I need.

    Hi Deb,

I just responded to your ticket you opened at our support center.

I created a test page for you to try this out as I can’t seem to find where you are using the shortcode.

I can tell you that my test page works, but only because the copy/paste of the shortcode needed to have the quotes around the number typed again.

Sometimes when you copy/paste into the visual editor it will not paste the quotes correctly therefore breaking the shortcode.

So I switched to the ‘Text’ tab – instead of the ‘Visual’ tab and replaced the quotes around show=”999″ and everything works fine. – you can see the page I created (as a draft) called ‘Test’ that it does work.

    Thank you!

For anyone else having this problem, it was indeed the quotes! Retyping them in text mode did the trick and everything works perfectly now.

    Thanks for the fix!

    No worries, happy to help!

Thank you very much for this really good plug-in! This information saved my life ??

PLEASE: Fix it in the included “cr3ativ-sponsor/readme.txt” of the plug-in, so that no further user run into the same problem in the future! This would be perfect!

I uploaded the newest version and now it won’t display all the sponsor logos. They were there before. Now, it only displays 9 of them. Here’s the code:

    [sponsor_level category=”all” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”3″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”no”]
