Only shows me as logged in

If I log in with Firefox as one user and then Chrome as another user, the Firefox page only shows the Firefox user as online. When I look at useronline page in Chrome it only shows the user that logged in with Chrome as being online.
Is there some other configuration that I need to do to make the plugin show additional users that are online?
