Only showing three columns

    Thanks for the great threme!

    I was making some changes and updated the theme and now for some reason, using the full page width page template, I only get three columns, not four? I have deleted and reinstalled the theme but it’s still like that;

    I’m also getting “dots” like a lotted list beside everything which I don’t think I used to get?

    Any help gratefully received.

    Hi,

    Without a link to your website I cannot determine what causes this.

    But for the next couple of days I cannot inspect your website because only having an iPad right now.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for the reply. The site is not public which is why I didn’t put a link in; Is there a safe way to give you a login to it so you can see it in action?

    I was hoping you might know where I should look to reset the look and feel, or is there a good way to just sort of factory reset the theme and start again?

    Hi,

    You cannot mess up the layout via the settings in the Customizer. Did you add your own custom CSS perhaps?

    And did you already clear the cache of your browser? There were some minor changes in the CSS of the knowledgebase page template. Maybe old CSS is still being loaded.
