Only showing English or German posts by using tag functionality?

Hi there,

I’m blogging in German and English and I’d like to have a button that only shows English or rather German posts.
I thought about adding the tags “English” / “German” to each post respectively. Then I’d like to add two buttons to show posts in one language only. Is that possible? Can a Button have a “tag functionality”?
