• I seems silly in most cases to always display this on the site all the time. A smarter approach would seem to be to load it only when the visitor’s browser (or operating system) is set to something other than the language the website is written in. So, for example, a setting would allow me to select “English” as the default language of the site. Then if a visitor came with a browser/OS set to English, nothing would happen. But if they visited with their browser/OS language set to Spanish, then this would appear and offer to translate the page into Spanish, with one click (perhaps with a drop-down menu to select other languages).

Is something like this possible? It seems like it would be a lot more useful plugin, if it did that.
