Only show the Admin Color Scheme

hello i will like to know how can i only display the Admin Color Scheme in the user Personal Options.

I will like to hide the :

Visual Editor
Keyboard Shortcuts
Toolbar

for author and subscribers

but i don’t want to remove all Options

Any ideas ?
