Unfortunately that is not possible, the product filter items can not vary according to the current page or other items selected, it will always show all options originally added to the filter, if your Theme allows it you can setup a different product filter for the Product Categories, so you can add only filter items related to your Product Categories ( if your Theme has a sidebar specifically for Product Categories ).
