The site I am creating will show a review for a specific doctor. At the bottom of the form I am using the “Review: Terms” field type for the user to give us permission to use their review on our site and other marketing pieces. However, when I am reviewing a submitted form, it doesn’t show that field. My question is: is it possible to only show the review if the user gives that permission?

Not currently as the value of the terms checkbox is not saved to the review. The idea was that if this field was needed, it would either be set as required (to prevent a form submission if not accepted) or hidden from the form.

However, I can see the value of your use case, so I will be adding this as a feature in the next minor version (5.x.0) update of Site Reviews.

Thanks, I appreciate that. You’ve done a great job on this plugin. Will definitely be using it exclusively, not only because of the features, but because of your quick responses. Thank you again!

This has been added to v5.9.0. Please refer to the shortcode documentation and the block options.
