Only show form for specific products

Hi

I recently tried your plugin and it works like a charm! I have a very important question though.
How do I exclude certain products from the products addons form?

For example, this product needs to have different addon fields than other products. I can’t find the option to exclude the product.
Conversely, I am not able to find an option to only apply the form to specific products.
