only show event start date on recurring event

    I have a recurring event that happens every monday. When I use #_EVENTDATES it pulls in the day I started the reccurence, and the day in the future the recurrence ends.

    How do I make it so that When I pull in the event, it only shows the date of the next recurrenece of that event? For example, since its every monday, I only want it to say Monday, December 9, or if it were after today, Monday, December 16.

    You should see the individual event date on each single event that is part of a recurrance. Can you provide a link to your site please and also paste your single event format from Events > Settings > Formatting please?

    I actually figured it out. I was using the recurring shortcode in my events list, so it was pulling in the recurring event, not the individual event on the list. As soon as I took it out, it displayed the way I wanted it to.
