Only Show Current Users Rating

Is there a way to only show the current users rating?

As in if the current user/cookie has not rated the post, it shows blank and when they have rate it it only shows their rating, regardless of other ratings from other users.

I want to use this as a voting system but I don’t want to show the results when voting is open.
