Only show authors views, not everyone views

    Our authors can see everyones post in “All”, and can see all authors “Views”.

    We want to make it so for example:

    Jim logs in, looks at the list of posts, only his views show, and everyone elses views in the list display as “No Access” or something, or blank.

    How can I do this?

    I think you got the wrong plugin, this just counts the number of views a post as accumulates and not about who can see the post.
