only shortcode visible

    I added nextgen gallery using gutenberg.
    but when I check the page on the frontend, I only see the shortcode:
    [ngg src=”galleries” ids=”4″ display=”basic_slideshow”]

    Hi @bschelst,

    Can you please make sure that NextGen Gallery plugin is currently installed and activated and also that you haven’t included this shortcode into a field that doesn’t allow parsing shortcodes or a HTML module?
