Only shortcode displaying

  • Hi Dan,
    Thanks to the 3.42 update, the wizard is working correctly for me.
    I was able to create a deck of cards but only the shortcode is displayed on the front end.
    Where could I have gone wrong?

    Thanks for the link. For some reason the opening and closing shortcodes for the flashcard deck ([qdeck] … [/qdeck]) are missing. I’m pretty sure if you put those in “by hand” (that is, in the WordPress editor, but not using the wizard) then it will work.

    I don’t know why it went wrong. The surest way to get a diagnosis is to allow me to log in as a user to your WordPress site (you could add me as a “Contributor” — I could edit but not publish. This is done via Dashboard > Users > Add New). I’d very much appreciate it!
