Only seeing single image in new galleries

Since the last NextGEN Gallery update, when I create a new gallery, populate it with photos, and then add it into a blog post, only first of the photos I add shows as a single image on the post, regardless of whether I choose mosaic, filmstrip, slideshow, etc. When I’m in the gallery creation tool, all appears to be working well, it shows me the photos its going to include (and gives me the check box to “exclude” some if I want), but when I click “save” and then save the draft and preview the post, no matter what, I see only the first photo displayed as a gallery of one.
