    Yes, that’s possible.

    You can disable crons by unchecking the “Use WP cron” and “Use Action Scheduler” checkboxes in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Advanced”.

    And you can run it manually via the “Run all rules now” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > General”.
