Only retrieves all-day events

I do automatic updates and didn’t really check to see when this happened …
My calendar feed only retrieves all day events, not timed events. The google calendar feed is here: https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=hh6tb2ncrhl2fpj722qj3ek6vs%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/Denver
And the WordPress calendar is here: https://www.nmsta.org/events/calendar/.
I know it worked fine in the older version and it’s not anything to do with event builder, because it does the same thing for the widget and the grid view.
There is no longer any option to refresh the feed. I tried to delete the cache several times and that didn’t work.
Any suggestions?
