Only replace if specific HTML is in the page

    Hi I’m a beginner with this type of plugin, I’m sure the solution is very simple!

    I would like to replace a phrase with another if:
    <html lang=”fr-CA”>
    is in the html.

    How would I do set up this condition exactly?
