Only the profile appearing on the dashboard

After resetting the site, I logged out. On logging in the admin password failed to work until i reset via the SSH tunnel through phpmyadmin. On logging in, I only found the profile on the dasboard; the rest of the items were missing. I need help I dont know what to do.
