Only Priority Options are displaying

    Good day!

    We’re having some issues with the shipping options. Only the Priority options are displayed on the cart/checkout. We also enabled the following; https://www.screencast.com/t/vYfkICBJfYhi, but it is currently not displaying.

    I updated the plugin and woocommerce to the latest version. Also did plugin and theme conflict tests but the other options are not displaying.

    Thank you for the details.

    The order’s weight is 1 lb. However, the maximum allowed weight for First-Class Mail is 13 oz.
