Only Primary author showing on Frontend

Hi,

I have just updated my website theme and due to this Co-author Plus settings are reset. Due to which only the primary author is showing up on the posts and pages. I have followed the instructions and try to change the function code, but still, I am not able to see secondary authors on the website. Please help.
