Only plugin with guest refund form and really good support

  • Hi!
    This is the only plugin that has a form which guests can fill out to request a refund, exchange etc (paid version of the plugin has this). I personally haven’t found any other plugin that supports this feature which was crucial for me. Also we had a issue regarding error message displaying and the support literally went beyond and above to fix this issue. I would recommend this plugin and company to anyone as they care about their clients and help them any way possible.
