Only picks up default core WordPress roles

I’ve noticed that the Disable passwords for all users with privileges greater than or equal to dropdown only displays core WordPress roles. For example the WooCommerce plugin introduces Customer and Shop Manager roles which are not appearing in the dropdown. If it’s possible for the plugin to be updated to display all registered roles, I imagine quite a lot of people would find it helpful.
