Only picking up authors and not editors and admin

The site is https://wonderbookofpoetry.org/the-conversation/contributors/?alpha=K
An excellent plugin and great for this site. The only thing is that WordPress only permits one role per user. In our case the administrators and editors also contribute material in an author capacity. But because they are registered for roles other than author they are not showing up in the list of Contributors.
Is there a way around this other than asking them to set up different usernames for different roles?
