Hi, I changed the survey several times during it. The effect of this is that there are some csv export files – I understand that. Unfortunately, not all surveys are included in these files. Can it be fixed somehow?

    Hi, thanks for your message.

Changing the form structure that affects the dataset of your form, indeed results in separate CSV exports. All results with the same dataset structure are bundled together.

Of course in total all your collected results should be included in all CSV files all together. Are the results that you miss in the CSV’s available in the results list inside the plugin itself? If so, the results are stored correctly in the first place and we’ll have to investigate further why some of those are not included in the CSV exports.

If you want us to take a closer look at your case, we can have a look in your WP-Admin. In that case, please contact our support at https://tripetto.com/support/ and provide us a login. Please also include instructions in your support ticket about in which form this happens and an example of a result that you miss in the CSV exports.

Our support team had a look into this particular issue via our support channel. It turns out it has something to do with a caching plugin that causes the download of Tripetto results to result in a cached CSV file, instead of the up-to-date version.

We have noted this on our backlog and will improve this in a future update of the Tripetto plugin. For now we have communicated a workaround for this user to bypass the caching of the CSV export.
