Only pages get the mobile theme, posts and loops don't

I am experiencing a strange problem with this plugin. When surfing on a *page* the plugin works fine, and the theme has been switched, but if you then navigate to the home page or an archive (that contain a loop) or to a single post, the default theme shows again. This is very strange behaviour.
