Hello, I love this plugin but it doesn’t work for me. I’m setting up a live webinar using Google Hangout and I understand the nuts and bolts and have created a meeting on Google Hangout/Youtube, added it, and edited the pages for the webinar on WP, such as the registration page and live page. These edited pages (test purpose links only) are beautiful but they don’t exist.

I guess a better way of asking the question is how do I find my real registration/login link? My real Thank You page link? The WP Webinar page I created only has a countdown clock on it.

I looked on your help forum and saw that Accesspress Anonymous post does not work with this plugin so I deactivated Accesspress Anonymous post but I have the same problem. I have also updated this plugin. Help?

    Hi maddie22,

Thank you for using WP WebinarSystem! It seems like you are already logged in for the webinar, thats why you are seeing the countdown timer.

Please see this link with more information about the testing process: https://www.wpwebinarsystem.com/doc/registration-process-for-the-attendee/

The issue with the accesspress plugin is fixed in our latest 1.6 release. Please update to the latest version and both plugins should work without any problems.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

    Regards,
    Lucy
