Only one string no translated

Hi there,

I have running a Polylang plugin in some sites withe Avada theme. They works perfectly in all cases except in one of them.
In this site, I had translate all strings and all of them works properly, with the exception of the footer copyrigth one that neither shows translations nor links working.

I have reviewed some files but I don’t find something wrong. I think that is very strange that only one string don’t works but I dont know to review anything more.
I don’t find something similar in support forum. Some idea about this bug?
