Only one role can be selected for logged in users

    I know this topic has been covered previously however after another Plugin caused a critical error I am now unable to select more than one User Role. I have previously fixed this issue with the edit of the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 2500 but pushing this higher does not fix the issue. Suggestions please.

    Thanks for your post.

    Did you verify that your max_input_vars increases take effect? You can verify that in Tools > Site Health > Info > Server.

    I’ve seen default settings go as high as 4000 so you might need to try that or even a bit higher depending on your site’s needs.

    Thanks for the assistance. Whilst I had changed the Php.ini file to 4000 it required assistance from the Server Host to force the update through. It works fine now.
