Only one rating widget is working!

Hi

Thank you for grate rating plugin you have offered. I’m trying to display multiple rating widgets on the same page, so I have used multiple shortcodes to show them. for example the testing page I have provided I have added two shortcodes but only the first one is working.

I tried init() function as well but it does not make any change. Can you please help me on this.
