For some reason your admin area thinks that it is mycorner.online, but your website URL is numsnuttycorner.uk.

You can manually correct that in the Widget Code or update your WordPress Settings to properly have the correct URL in place.

settings are pointing to numsnuttycorner.uk and the same address is in the Widget code.

In HTML source code I see that flags are trying to be loaded from mycorner.online/wp-content/plugins/gtranslate/flags directory and it responds with 403 forbidden error code, most likely because the flags are linked from a different domain: numsnuttycorner.uk.

You need to make sure the flags are being loaded from numsnuttycorner.uk, it can be corrected manually in Widget Code if you are sure that you did not mess URLs in your General Settings for WordPress.

Thank you ed I understand what you are telling me but I don’t know how to fix it.

From my WordPress settings the URL is numsnuttycorner.uk so I haven’t actually changed anything.

Can you tell me how I get the flags loading from numsnuttycorner.uk/wp-content/plugins/gtranslate/flags directory, please?

Replace mycorner.online with numsnuttycorner.uk manually in Widget Code and save the changes.

Use a text editor, copy the code into your text editor and do the replacement. It should be there, if it is not there, then there is something on your website which is changing it.

Not sure what you are doing, but now it says staging.numsnuttycorner.uk, I think you work on some other website and show me a different website with the issue.

It should be very basic, spend some time and understand exactly what you are doing. I have pointed you to the root cause of the issue, now you just need to configure it properly.

OK, the staging is just an environment to work on WordPress before cloning to Live is all. I’ll show you the Widget code from the Live side.

And upon looking at the live side I can see exactly what you have been saying about the URL. I’ve changed the URL’s and still have the same problem, plus the flag showing has lost it’s colours. Here is the new code.

The code is OK, the thing is that when I check the source code of your numsnuttycorner.uk I see a different code there.

So you need to find out why your changes do not play a role on the website, maybe you have cache plugin or maybe you have copied the code previously into your theme directly and now it doesn’t matter what you change in GTranslate settings page.
