Only one computer at a time can log in

We have one Mac and one PC and several self-hosted wordpress sites under one roof, one network. When the PC is logged into any one wordpress site, the Mac cannot log in, and transversely. Is this an IP problem? Because it doesn’t affect us in any other way. Any help is welcome.
