Only one checked role is saved per item

Hello – Regarding User Menus – Nav Menu Visibility – a couple times over the past month or two, the menus have freaked out and I have lost 1/2 of the menu structure and had to re-key it in.
Now today, in rebuilding 1/2 the menu structure yet again, only one logged in users role will save per menu item no matter how many I check. It removes all the checks next to the roles except the last one. Rechecking the roles produces the same result – all but the last one checked disappears.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@nuno2020 – Again not really something we deal with, but some suggested that moving the menu items you need to edit to the top, editing them and then moving them back to the bottom can work.
That said I just added an issue to our github to look at saving our data outside of the normal process so that we can bypass this at least for our fields.
