Only Name Shows at Sticky Header

Only thing that shows up on my stick header is the name of my company. ( don’t want the photo there… but do want the menu
The ONLY menu I have is “x” and when I go into customizing it shows up as the menu.
I’m lost regarding that to do next.
I have removed and added the plug in back
