Only main admin account can access web stories dashboard.

    When I am logged into my wp-admin (as the main admin of the site), I am able to access and use the web stories dashboard.

    If I log in as any other user, I’m taken to a page with an error code.

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I even tried this with a test log-in that admin access. The same issue happened. I’ve tried uninstalling other plugins, and everything is updated.

    1. Your?Site Health Information?which you can share using this?private form.
    2. Do you use any user roles plugins?
    3. Could you share the exact error message or share a screenshot of what you see?

    Once you share the information I can help with next steps to take to troubleshoot this issue.

    @lessonplanmom Thank you for sharing the information that’s very helpful. This could be due to a plugin conflict so let’s first start by ruling this out. To do so could you follow the troubleshooting steps here to see if you get the same outcome while in troubleshooting mode. let me know how you get on with this.

    After going through the troubleshooting process it looks like the conflicting plug in is Molongui Authorship. There were no other issues.

    What are your thoughts about keeping both, is it possible?

    @lessonplanmom As this is a conflict on the Molongui Authorship side I would suggest reaching out to their support team to see if this is something they can address. I will flag this to our team also to see if there is anything we can do better on our side to stop this from happening.

    Below is the error log coming from web-stories from 17th January till 20th January.

I have provided the code from one file however the error is exactly same every day from 17th till 20th.
