Only Login user Issue

Hi

I am creating a changelog table where users can see what modified products have been updated recently and download any associated files.

1) I want to display a whole column called ‘Download’ (including heading and content only if a user is logged in. For guests, it shows the Column heading name to guests and a ‘login’ link which is pointing to ‘…/wp-admin’
2) How can I change the url above from ‘…/wp-admin’ to ‘…/my-account’ where I want to redirect users to?
3) With ACF fields, I am using sub fields and want to know if the Pro version will support this?
