Only local currency in certain mobiles devices

Hi We want Only US$ In the Woocommerce setting , we set US$ as the Default currency and No location. But it shows different currency which is my local currency RM , Malaysia Currency. It works fine in all windows Desktop but not all mobile devices especially iPad. Before that I have installed Woocommerce currency switcher plugin to test out multi currencies. But finally we uninstalled it. Though I have cleared all the caches and histories in my iPad, Mini iPad, Samsung A7. issue still exist. Some devices are working fine. Please anyone can help to try out in your country. Thanks in advance
