Only load collapse-o-matic resources on pages that need them?

Hi,

I’m noticing that this plugin loads its resources (CSS and js) on every page of a site, even if a page is not using the expand/collapse shortcodes.

Do you know if there is a copy/paste code we can use to specify with page IDs, using conditional logic, the pages to load resources on?

For example, here is how Tablepress recommends doing this in functions.php

This would help a lot as we have trouble passing Google Page Speed tests, and I’m seeing resources we really don’t need to load.

I’m also wondering how to not load the themes or styles we’re not using, if we used custom CSS to design elements of the plugin? Though, that is a secondary request.
