    How large is the file that you are importing? What hosting provider are you using and is the plugin updated to the latest version?

    Thanks for your fast reply:

    The file is 339.7MB
    I am using a2hosting
    I just installed the plugin so version 6.79
    PHP version of my server 7.0

    You could try to increase the max_execution_time and memory_limit to a bit larger number and see if that fixes it.
    I do not have a2hosting at hand to test it.
